We are looking for a Business Analyst to support data cleansing efforts within legacy Navy systems, including SABRS and associated feeder systems. Your role will also involve post-migration activities related to Navy ERP, addressing data cleanup, and resolving migration-related issues. You will collaborate closely with the project manager, client stakeholders, and internal teams to manage tasking and ensure effective issue resolution across all functional support areas.
Essential Functions
- Independently apply advanced technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with Navy ERP enterprise team, financial audit leads, GiggaGov’s Digital-Transformation workstream to resolve cross-cutting issues.
Experience
- Experience supporting systems consolidation/migration, modernization. ERP implementation, IT system audit readiness, IT audit reviews, IT system control documentation, and/or FISCAM and Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation and sustainment for State or Federal Government agencies or large, complex companies (greater than 1,000) employees. Demonstrated experience in SAP, Oracle Federal Financials, or another relevant financial systems environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Six (6) years of progressive, relevant experience. An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for the minimum education requirement.
- A self-starter who thrives in both independent and team environments.
Desired Qualifications:
- Expertise in SABRS, Navy ERP, SAP, Enterprise System Migrations.
Prior assignments in financial management roles in the Marine Corps, US Fleet Forces Command, or PMW-220 performing an SAP migration for the DOD.
