Amy Canales leads GiggaGov with the mindset of an architect and the precision of a systems engineer. She believes government should operate with the same agility and innovation as Silicon Valley, and she’s dedicated her career to designing the blueprint that makes this vision a reality for her clients.

In her prior roles, Amy has driven $300M+ in annual revenue growth for Super 8(a) small businesses and large corporations, by leading business development and capture teams across emerging tech ventures and diverse industries. She’s forged trusted relationships across the DoD, federal, and civilian sectors.

Fluent in the language of AI and cybersecurity while equipped with deep knowledge of federal acquisition from her tenure as a Contracting Officer and Branch Chief with the Department of the Navy, Amy is relentless about finding smarter ways to deliver results for GiggaGov’s clients and create strategic value for industry partners.

As the CEO of GiggaGov, Ms. Canales is responsible for communicating the strategic vision and lighting the torch to open doors for others.

Outside of GiggaGov, She is passionate about mentoring youth and underrepresented groups pursuing careers in STEM. She is also an avid traveler, she has visited Singapore, Thailand, Bali, and many islands

Her career spans software development, systems integration, and leading digital transformations across global industries. She approaches every challenge like a blank canvas, blending technical precision with an artist’s instinct for innovation and design.

Since 2019, Ekta Sansi has been the force behind GiggaGov’s day-to-day brilliance. As Operations Manager, she brings creativity, humor, and relentless problem-solving to ensure the entire organization runs smoothly and efficiently.

Whether she’s streamlining processes, coordinating complex projects, or keeping the team inspired, Ekta excels at turning operational chaos into seamless execution. Her talent for balancing precision with positivity makes her the perfect leader for our Innovations Lab, where she delivers valuable data insights and always knows when to crack a smile.

At GiggaGov, Ekta’s mission is simple: keep the engine running strong so the team can focus on transforming the government one project at a time; and have a heck of a lot of fun while doing it.

When she is not sleuth slaying Ekta enjoys spending time with her family and planning the next great adventure with her toddler.
